Ruthann has been with Help Unlimited since 2011.  Ruthann previously worked as business manager at a local girl’s high school and also a private independent elementary school in Bethesda.  She describes herself as a professional volunteer who loves meeting people!  She volunteers for the Rep Payee program, Holy Cross Hospital, Strathmore, and her church.

David joined Help Unlimited in 2015. Originally from Chicago, David has an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Over the years, David has provided accounting, bill-payment and bookkeeping services to nonprofits and individuals. David is also a skilled teacher who enjoys working with students of all ages. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of East Rock Creek Village, a nonprofit organization that works to enrich the lives of members and help them continue to live at home as they age.

Marjorie joined Help Unlimited in 2014.  She is a retired software developer who spent 44 years doing applications development mostly for support of public health research.  However, she started her career working on the Apollo manned space craft effort. She has been on the synagogue board of directors as treasurer and program chair and also several DC public school PTAs when her children attended them.  Since retiring, she’s been an AARP volunteer tax counselor and is currently the founding treasurer and IT person for her local senior village.  She’s been playing the recorder in a small music group for 40 years, has 2 adult daughters (1 teacher, 1 clinical psychologist) a wonderful husband, 2 crazy cats and lives in a 103 yr. old house in Shepherd Park DC.

As a military spouse for 18 years, Amanda also brings a wealth of personal money management knowledge specific to the situations of active-duty and retired military members and their families. She volunteers each week at a local school to help students improve their reading comprehension and writing skills.

His work experience in Latin America enables him to provide financial services for Spanish-speaking clients. He is active as a trustee of Wendt Center for Loss and Healing in DC and active in church and other volunteer activities.
